Lyrics:
Hold your breath bottom of the pool
Wait for me to notice that you’re gone
Hiding out clouds roll through the trees
The party overhead still laughing in the breeze
But you can’t speak

9 ft down, quarter after 10
Swimming underwater trying to pretend
They’re treading on the surface you can see
Bodies drifting backwards through dead leaves
Hide and seek

Who wants to know
Where our plans go
In undertow
Holding on for another
On & on

Hold your breath bottom of the pool
Wait for me to notice wait for me to care
Sinking down beneath another year
Blue is turning black come up for air
Come up for air

Who wants to know
Where our plans go
In undertow
Holding on for another
On & on
On & on
On & on

Recorded by Jeff Rickel at Essence Records

Sonicly and in "mood", this reminds me a bit of Adam Schlesinger's band "Ivy" (without the enigmatic French female singer).
Nice tune. I have subscribed, and I already follow you on Instagram

Saw the ad on Instagram for this video. Had to check it out. Like the song. Nirvana did a shoot where they brought their instruments into the pool too!

I like the vibes it gives off. Cool sound too, reminds me of going to the beach back then. And also reminds me of the good old days too. I miss those days.

Maybe the first time anyone has ever said, "hey check out my friends band" and they've liked the song.
